its a screenshot if a game wich comes in the form of a tutorial wich applies to the microsoft XNA game developer software wich is free for the express edition, and compiles managed directx code to run on both the xbox360 and windows. the actual drawing comes with the software along with a host of other 'art assets' as the buzzword seems to be these days.
ps its not a 2d drawing its a full 3d model wich can be turned etc ...
