msn broken? o.O

i had to turn off my proxy settings for a sec to do something, when i turned them back on i couldnt log onto msn nemore oO
tried it on my second pc and it doesnt work either
could it be that msn servers are down or something?
hope somebody can help ^^

allo er is een probleem met msn in belgië denk ik, vanmorgen wou ik mn email nakijken op hotmail en da ging ook nie. Toen heb ik een keer of 2 een reboot gedaan en toen ging t weer... weet ook nie wat er juist aan de hand is...
