Requests For Critters Shop Items

Not sure if anyone has noticed, but i've given some of the critters images a bit of a makeover, to try and make it a little easier to see what each bit is and to try and make it a bit easier on the eyes.

Together with that, over the next few days (as I get time), I will be adding a few more bits to the critters shop to add some variety and make it a little more personal, so...

If you would like anything specific adding, let me know and i'll see if it can be done.

Don't go asking for silly things that can't be added or that would unbalance the feature though, cause i'd just ignore them.

I'm more thinking along the lines of accessories, specific foods, stuff like that. Unfortunately you would't be able to physically see any accessories owned by your critter, (once I've made them available) but you would know they have em and they will give certain bonuses to critters by owning them.

Yes, I will be adding a gifts bit, so you can buy gifts for either your own critter or for other peoples critters.

Unfortunately, development of the main program itself by the developer has (just like the last version) stopped completely. So new features to the actual feature are now very unlikely, so now I am basically doing my own tinkering with the system, it will be slow going for me to add any new parts to the system as there are more important sections to deal with, but if any genius idea's come along I will see about gettng them added.

I did notice you'd had a play with the graphics and they look great! Much more fun and clearer too.

Accessories i'd like are some sunglasses, a bow for my puddy cat and feeding bowls and collars, you could even buy them pet beds , that sort of thing

Also I dunno if this is possible but could we be able to buy potions to heal other peoples pets? I dont mind helping feed peoples' pets but don't like seeing them get left to die

Also a quicky can I mate my pet with harvs pets? or is it just within the family so to speak lol!

Think I suggested a while back about implementing a way to stop inbreeding?

Don't think you can heal other people's pets atm, but you can feed them... And since some spells only work if you're a specific moral alignment (good, neutral, evil), you might be able to screw with someone's pet by feeding them foods they shouldn't be getting?

Was just wondering while looking at my babies, why it is only certain ones make noises. Well none of em make a noise on my pc, but on harvs only Doogle makes a noise, puddy and geegee dont. They not been implemented as they aren't as popular?

Not too fussed if they don't meow, whinney at me, was just wondering

It's one of the unfortunate things, that the dev made the initial packs of pets, which was the original 5 that were available. It was me that intially asked on the dev site if they could all make noises to make them feel a bit more personal and he agreed and added them to those 5 pets. This is where the unfortunate bit comes in, when the rest of the pets got slowly added, the dev had already started losing interest in the project and even getting the most basic of bugs fixes became an issue, so when I asked for noises for the rest of the pets, it basically got ignored.

If i knew someone with good flash skills and some skill at drawing and basic animation, who could work from a tutorial, we could have dozens of different types of pets, or anime characters or pretty much anything we want for the critters feature, ones which make noises, ones which age and alsorts, but all the times i've asked for someone to come forward, nobody on here or the dev site has bothered, so basically we are stuck with what we have until either I become a flash wiz, or until someone good enough to actually do it, steps forward and volunteers a few hours of their lives to do it.
