New weapons

Is there some training time or usage bonus that has to be gained when you equip a new weapon or am i just being really unlucky when i use new weapons?

It seems every time i swap to a higher level weapon my damage per hit reduce for a good few battles?

Is this part of the game or am i just being unlucky ?

yeah, I noticed this too... Same thing happens when I spend more stats on my evasion and vitality...

I think Mir3 has weapon exp or something like that, so the more you use the weapon, the more damage you do? Maybe the same with Inferno?

I don't know exactly to be honest, the actual battle system and weapon area and the likes are one huge blob of code which is actually a right mess and very difficult to decipher. Unlike previous versions where the code was a simple equation, this is like rocket science and it is calculated off various things, some of which I don't even know is in the game or not. One of the problems is that the developer has always been 3 steps ahead with his programming and half the code in there is either inactive or is planned for upgraded versions, so it makes it very difficult to mess with myself.

i think its like when you die, it takes you 7 fights to get back to normal exp. changing a weapon probably works like that.

I hardly use my weapon I find my fists do more damage I buy them to help increase my attack stats.
