Default Card Tournament
Well basically I will be starting up some kind of card tournament in about 2 weeks, in which the top 3 winners will be receiving cash prizes. The cash prizes so far appear to be;
1st Place = 50k gil
2nd Place = 25k gil
3rd Place = 12.5k gil

They could possibly change yet to be more or even less than what is written there so it is subject to change yet.

The rules are as follows:
1. Standard tournament layout.
2. 12 cards are selected before the tournament. A list of those 12 cards will be sent to me, the list may or may not be published for people to see (undecided on this yet).
3. Best 2 out of 3 on each match up.
4. Cards that are won from this tournament will be given back to the owner at the end of the match.

Ok if there is anything you disagree with then please say, or anything you want to add then please do .

Hopefully enough interest will be placed for me to start this tournament up.

Edit: I doubt I will be entering the tournament myself and TF chat will be used during the card battles to solve issues of when to refresh and stuff like that .

O_o *runs in fear* .

I think the tournament may be a bit too early >_<, everyone is going after there characters rather than cards at the mo, I may have to extend that 2 weeks to possibly 4 yet >_<.

Even if 4 people enter I will still set the tournament up, even if Det doesn't provide the cash I will . So you may get a quick bit of cash.

Oh yeah to add on to the 3rd place thing, there will be a joint 3rd in which the 2 people who didn't win against the finalists will both receive 12.5k if that's ok with Det, if not I will chip it in . Maybe Det could set up some kind of trophy award as well O_o like the member of the month ones.

To clarify on the cards as well, any card can be used, you can use a card 5 times as long as you have 5 of that card. Each card though, even if it is a duplicate of another counts as one card in the list of 12 cards allowed. You are allowed to borrow cards for the tournament as long as it is on the list that is sent to me. This rule about limiting to a set amount of cards may be abolished yet.

When does this tournament starts?

As at the moment my cards suck (as i traded some for weak ones to friends so they have it easier to win against the bots too )

But i will compete once i bought some new nice ones

Saturday 19th, the date is negotiable, I may add another week on to it if there aren't enough people interested by that date. The idea of a list of 12 cards has been boosted up to 15, the list will have to sent to me by PM by Friday the 18th at the latest. The date is negotiable as is the card list.
