You need to buy pots to heal yourself. For this you need cash, by posting or I would recommend the Triad Bot battles, 200 gil a win . Click on the beginner pack for the free starter cards.

The bots have a constant supply of pots with them, you need to make sure you have them too to start with, it's nasty when you think you have them beat and the ydo that to you.
