freeze frame

i reach 30k on asteroids nd the screen freezes, no asteroids or anything on it ?
EDIT: can still move around though

i bet theres a little critter there somewhere.. just out of view!

i had this the other day and then that lottle damn spaceship popped back again and then crashed before i could shoot it (ok hit it)... there was an ickle rock going along the horizontal axis but i couldnt see it !
