Need Help!!!!!

Ok, I need someone who is consistantly good at a game (preferably a short time game), where they are getting core not submitted to help me test a fix i've just implemented.

What I need you to do is thrash at a game, getting as high as score as you can for a 30min (ish) period and report how many times your score is not submitted please.

From the big argument i've just had with the dev, he came up with a possible solution which may have something to do with ping rates from certain users causing a time out where scores are basically not counting.

*just* this second scored about 70,000 on tetris (took freaking ages) and then i lost it

Is it possible there its just timing out if a game has lasted longer than a set time?

Only one I'm good at Det is space invaders I'm willing to give it a go on there for you. I'm sure I can get higher than the highest score in 30 mins let me know if you want me to

just thought of something... of the people who are getting non registered scores... when yoiu have a bad game do you hit your back key or something so that score doesnt register?

and dont tell me someof you dont because theres some big gaps

i do occasionally and i think(not looked that hard at it yet) that its straight after that whereit doesnt get registered..

i know for sure that happened with the snkay game round the damn bushes last night!

have hit back key but never had the problem with score not recording when i have done this. when i have a bad game on breakout - like lost a ball withing 10,000 points i just leave my bat in 1 place and see how high i can get lol

right i think i have it sorted as to whats happening.. how or why isnt my department but will give you quick report

had 5 goes on asrteroids (called exoeriment or something close) and all scored

then tried to get a highish score (took 3 more goes dammit) WITHOUT pressing back at all and letting all scores process!
all worked ok
then had 5 goes of messing around and at the point of transmit i hit the back button to have another go...
next go i had i got about 65k and lo and behold it got hung up!

to me its something to do with that..EVERY score was ok when i didnt stop it from recording every game good or bad.. was only when i got annoyed and had another go

can someone else do a similar thing?

Took me 13 mins to get 26k+ didn't record

Did 2 tests and got on scoreboard with them 3rd test aimed for 17k got 18k+ didn't record but someone has beaten Stealths high score (which I've done about 4 times LOL) and got on scoreboard with it so I'm giving it a miss from now on I think. It's a long playing game if you're going for a top score mine being over 200k and then not to have it recorded is a bit annoying, I'm eating far too many chocolate eclairs here as well

maybe for u but this is definitely not the reason im not getting scores recorded. its very rare i click back, if im fed up with a game i tend to just let myself die and then go back the the main aracde page and pick another game. whenever i have had the problem its always when i have had a score thats beaten the high score and as i can only really break the high score on breakout its only there im getting the problem lol

Yeah, thanks Akbarr, but that's not the reason mate. I never click back on any game, but it's happening to me too.

I guess that fix hasn't worked either. :/

I'll have to go for round 12 with the dev....
