So come on how come your times are totally different i.e. much longer than anyone else's?

This should be out in the open as everyone deserves to know how he's doing it.

Seriously, although it looks dodgy, it's very probably just a case of the many factors like, ping rate, stopping to chat, loo break, etc, that are meaning he has much longer times, there's a few people on various games, getting longer times than others.

I've been seriously assured by the dev with this that that it is not cheating though and that it just happens with the times and that it is almost impossible for someone to cheat in that way. Unless I could prove otherwise, there is nothing I can do to argue with him on that.

Apparently as soon as the game loads up the time can start, even if you haven't pressed the start button.

I had a huge row with the dev about it and he had the answer for every single argument I came out with about times.

Well ok, on the basis of that argument he must loading the game and then waiting a good few minutes (i.e. over two) before acutally starting the game, and he must also be doing this every time he plays the game.

When he set the record of 2500+ points it was hard to break, alpha did it eventually and within 10 minutes Skan0r smashed alpha's record and of course again with a dodgy time setting.

There is something dodgy no doubt about it. Also like Forge says the Asteriods score is dodgy. Both games would benefit hugely if someone could slow it down a bit and it appears from the time scores that he has been able to do that :S

but none of it matters at the moment cause my last 4 top scores on asteroids/alien clones havent recorded!

EDIT: its easier to break your scores. my game runs laggy so i get more reaction time.

Yadz average ping is 526 ms

As for computer spec, computers 20 years old could run these game.

:S dunno whats up then. unless it counts down while ur paused cause i pause to watch tv a lot

So why did you complain saying that your computer was slow.

Also I've heard about the theory about pausing the game. You have achieved very high scores before how about you try, just for once, to get a high score without pausing the game hence proving your defence. I hope you can prove me wrong.
