im a die hard leeds fan...go up every home match but live in oxford so fair old drive got a season ticket which at this moment in time am regrettin lol because every home game this season bar the newcastle match (1st game of the season) they have played absolutely abysmal
neway gettin to the point ive heard rumour of a rich arab leeds united fanatic has decided to clear half the debt and as long and give the new manager 20 mill to spend on new players so long as he gets to choose the manager and his choice is gordon strachan....was wonderin what ppl's thoughts r on it and whether u think we can be saved this season or r we doomed to follow sheff wed's fate?? no flames plz i know leeds r not the most popular team in the world for off the field activity's |

I find it a shame to see Leeds doing so badly, if they get relegated they'll be in so much worse a position than Sunderland are finding themselves in. We are only 30mil in debt and we still had all of the clubs main players to sell when we went down, Leeds are not going to be that lucky.
I personally think Leeds biggest mistake was getting rid of O'leary, they were doing well with him and he understood the players. If he'd been allowed to carry on, the team would have not gone to pot in the wy it has done. I think they were daft for taking Reidy as manager though, I really don't think Leeds was the right type of club for him at all, in fact i see that as bad a decision as us taking Wilkinson last season. |
