well...we have the final for the Rugby World cup on staurday.
clive wooward is goner take our boys and smack those aussies in ![]() but what team do ya think he will field...and what kinda game will win it for us? i personally think he should keep the team that kicked france in. catt was a great player in this game..and was always there when needed. wilkinson is how we will win the game, espeacially if the aussiesget a try first. then they will revert to the kicking game that worked against france i hope ![]() of course..i dont have a clue what the game plan will be or anything like that...but what are ur views on this make sure ya all watch it...it goner be great if we can win ![]() |

I don't know a huge lot about rugby, but I think it'll be a very tight but good match.
I think the Aussies are bound to be favourites though as current holders and just for who they are. If we win, I think it will be pretty much Wilkinson who does it single handedly with pens and drop goals. I really hope we win though, it'll be good for the game over here. ![]() |

I think the winning of the world cup will do wonders for the sport in all area's though, it's already been snapped up by Sky for live matches now and there is bound to be a whole new following of young fans emerge. I used to play rugby for my school as a kid, but once you get a little older there was a tendancy to run out of options in the North East as there's not much room for Rugby as well as Newcastle and Sunderland football teams. Just recently though Newcastle Falcons who Johnny Wilkinson plays for have really hit the spotlight, basically because of Wilkinson. hopefully now they will really start to pick up a lot of new fans. |
