I dont know shit about football, but ive made a team mainly just to bulk up the numbers for you guys that do

I think you'd be hard pushed to find anyone who knows any of the players that dont play in the premiership anyway apart from the big name players so its pretty even playing field really.

I just tried to pick players i thought id vaguely heard of during the euro 2008 quals last year. Might get fun if we get to transfer in/out players during the competition.

I'm in... I do know quite a lot of the players, but only getting to choose 1 player from each country makes it pretty much impossible to choose an initial strategy.

Still plenty of time for others to join. The more the merrier.

Looks like I picked the same 3 strikers as Det. Zlatan, Cristiano and Mutu.

I'm just annoyed Arshavin is listed as a striker, coz I could use him in midfield. Yes I know he's banned for the first 2.

4 players now, lets hope a couple more make it in. I'm well excited about Euro2008 even though no British teams are in I don't care, I'd rather watch Ribery than McFadden or Xavi rather than Dave Healey. If you see what I mean.
Could do without Greece though, even though they won it last time they are shit. So are Austria.
