I suppose we should offer halal blood transfusions where the donor has their throat slashed while a guy mumbles variations of the words allah, halal and ilallaha.

It's difficult to see why a muslim would want to face Mecca in a hospital. I mean, the Qu'ran says that a muslim doesn't have to pray if they're ill (one of many provisions). If I was a muslim, I'd be happy to have a chance to avoid prayer. It really seems like a basic misunderstanding of a religion.
