This is more of an anecdote I wanted to share rather than a real issue for today's society, but last night I got my drink spiked when I went outside the pub for a smoke. Damn smoking nazis look what you done now.
I'm not sure exactly what it was, I am quite experienced with having tried just about everything at one point. If it was Rohypnol then my iron constitution saved my ass, because my vision went screwy, sometimes seeing double, other times things seemed to move closer and further away. I also felt I was moving when I was standing still. Waves of what felt like anaesthesia went through me so at times I wouldn't feel my torso or legs for example. Forming a coherent sentence was virtually impossible.
This was from 2 pints of Magners.

Once I got home I started to get it under control, partly because I was on my own so didn't have to worry about slurring or banging off the walls. I didn't even go straight to bed, why waste a free narcotic?
Anyway I eventually slept for about 14 hours and woke up feeling fine.

Lucky I am a strapping lad and not a wee girl otherwise that stuff whatever it was, probably would have had me out on my arse.

So, if you smoke, be very careful in the pub if it's one of those ones that don't let you take glasses out onto the street.

Now, to find out who did it and why.

Bloody hell some wankers about. Glad you're ok cos for all that git who spiked you knows, you could have gone home and be dead now. Arsehole.

Luckily I've never been spiked and I've always been careful with my drinks, tbh though I never really drank much other than bottles of water when I was out and that always had a lid and I carried it with me.

Perhaps someone wanted their wicked way with you Tef?

Pfft @ the hard manly men.
Magners is alright because of all the ice. When you think you have finished it, there is still loads left in the bottle, so it's like getting 2 pints instead of just 1.
