Heroes Season 3 (or 2.5)

Heroes starts again tonight in America and BBC2 are already running adverts so they probably won't be far behind.
There are meant to be loads of villains in this series so hopefully more fighting.

This thread could have spoilers if you watch it on BBC2, but BBC3 may show episodes a week in advance like before.

Looks good from that trailer.

Nice to have Syler back to his old self, he didn't seem very threatening during season 2.

2 pretty decent episodes, they reminded me how good Heroes is.
I was happy when the smug bell-end Mohinder got the scabby back, he was just starting to become insufferable, but Maya is hotter than ever.
The new villains look like a bunch of morons, although at least Syler is properly back now. And Peter and Nathan's brother. Angela (their mum) you frisky minx, fraternising with the Jew. Well not fraternising but you know what I mean. F***ing.

Just watched the first two episodes of Series 3, probably the best Heroes so far.

I wont spoil anything, but lots of action and its thrown everything right into another huge crazy plot with lots of character/plot changing events and makes you beg to know "what happens next?".

Very impressed so far.

Well you've confused me big time here Sash... I can not find it anywhere on any channel on Tuesday 30th at 9PM.

That and BBC Choice stopped airing on 9th February 2003

So, please clarify... I wanna set my series record for it.

Episode 1 of Series 3 watched here and I found it highly entertaining.

I do like having Sylar back to his old evil self, much more entertaining, although I do like it when Claire keeps her hair on a tad better.

I think this could be a really good series, so many potential nasties already.

Is a little annoying that us watching the american series are already through the first 3 episodes, so we cant really talk much about it.

First 3 are all pretty good though, very happy with it so far.

Watched ep 1 on BBC2 and ep2 on BBC3 last night, thought they were both great and am now looking forward to ep 3 next week.

Yeah, although he was still a killer in series 2, he's much better with his powers.

Hope theres another fight between Sylar and Peter this series, the one in series 1 was a bit short.

Yeah that was one of the biggest anti-climaxes of all time. But I'm not sure they even can fight anymore, now that Syler has got Claire's power they would probably have some kind of invincible stalemate. But then if they were to join forces then nothing could stop them unless the Haitian guy shows up or Hiro and the speedster girl team up (which I have a funny feeling they will).
But who knows what will happen now Peter has come back in time and screwed things up (must be his turn), not even the tribal guy who found Parkman knows.

It also seems Angela and Bob and that lot have a rival organisation to worry about now which could be quite good fun.

Im more worried about the haitian guy, hes clearly a long term uber character imo. At the same time its weird peter didnt absorb his power, will be interesting if that can supress the immortality powers, and if sylar can steal it. Cant see that happening anytime soon though.

I think peter and sylar will dodge eachother for a while and the showdown will be lame unless theyre both somehow compromised first.

Its funny how the characters have changed which imo makes for a good series, Sylar is more and more becoming a likeable almost Dexter like character, and peter is a whiney bitch.
