the previews look good , i'm hopeful , apparently the cliffhanger to the 1st episode is supposed to be a cracker too . & Moonie , don't give up hope completely over seeing Tosh & Owen ;=)
Have to be honest, I think it sucks big fat hair ass too. It's like the powers that be and the stupid writing of Davies has doen everything possible to spoil the show and make sure it can't continue on much longer, such a shame.
I'll definately be watching the show now having seen the trailers, but I have a real bad feeling for the shows continuation after having read what Barrowman has said.

Ok, having got my breath back, I have to say, I loved the episode and I am really looking forward to tonights one, but like Moonie, I am a little worried that Torchwood may be bringing itself to a conclusion, it would tie in with why Barrowman is so damn annoyed at the series being so short. In a way i'm really pleased it is being shown all week like this, as it means not too long to wait between episodes, but at the same time, it means it's going to be all over very quickly.
In the meantime... How the fek does Jack come back from being blown into little iddy biddy pieces? He can't die I know, but he aint the terminator from T2... Oh and what the fek is 456?
Gotta say, Jack is look rather buff, very healthy for a man of his age. Very good episode again, can't wait for the next episode...
The "who are they?" is seriously bugging me though, in a childish excited can't wait to find out, kinda way... There's been sod all clues, or have I missed a dead easy giveaway in the episodes?
I really am hoping the show is planning on carrying on, if they can come up with gripping storylines anyway.

Very little is known about Captain Jack though if you think about it. I don't think it's so much a case of them writing stupid extra bits in just to make the episode work, I think it is more the case of only revealing what is needed to be known and one of this series little bits of info, is that Jack had a daughter at some point and has a grandchild to go with it. I mean until this series, we hadn't really encountered any family life for anyone other than Gwen, yet we suddenly have sisters and gawd knows what showing up. I think part of this maybe to tease regarding potential new characters for potential future series, like little miss governement treasonous PA woman for example?

Yes I agree with you here but what has happened to Mickey and Martha where has he hidden them. They all walked off together at the end of Dr Who and it was reported somewhere (dunno where now) that they were joining the cast which pleased me no end after the death of my beloved Owen

Nothings been said about Mickey, not that i've caught anyway, but Gwen said to Jack right at the start of the first episode when they first got to the hub "don't you dare go getting Martha back off her honeymoon"... So... We can read into that whatever we want really.
