Can't do much with profile

I've seen that you need 5 posts to be automatically promoted to full user but it hasn't happened for me so I'm still on

any suggestions as to why or have I missed something simple?

panic over as I've just noticed my name is blue

did someone edit my user status or is it actually 10 posts that you need to become a full member and not 5?

Now your names blue, youre able to edit your posts Also able to use the arcade and all the other features of TF.

I saw this in my welcome thread (SmilerX, We welcome you to Total Format.) and it mentions 5 but it seems to be 10 (or it was for me)

though I think I played a couple of the games before I had made 10 posts

IF you look along the navigation bar near the top of the page, you will see a variety of things such as Critters, RPG, TF Store, Tools and the likes, these are just a few of the little features that are only available to use as a full member. A full member is a member with a blue username, at the moment your username will be coloured olive, which means certain restrictions are still in place, which means you are a new user who has not posted at least 5 posts on the forum. Once you have made your first 5 posts, you will automatically be promoted to full member and then all of the bells and whistles will suddenly be available for you to use. Please do not spam the forums just to get your first 5 posts out of the way though, this would be spotted and spam posts tend to be deleted.

Sorry about that.

It is normally 5 posts, but just for the Christmas period, it has been changed to 10 posts, as there has been quite a bit of spamming by accounts made specifically for spam advertising recently and with it being the Christmas, the team are not around quite as much to catch it.

It's just a temporary change of rules until the festive period is over, but now your blue it doesn't effect you any more.
