is where the adverts should be. Is this a problem on the server?

Where are you getting that message displayed?

I mean, exactly which set of adverts is that happening with?

Is it still happening or was it a freak occurence?

What it probably was, was the ad server/network which hosts the advertising banners. If their server drops or loses its connection or even goes down or something, it would effect the display of banners on TF, meaning we'd get not found errors.
