Arcade Titles?

An idea to promote use in the arcade would be to remove the 1st place person for a game after, say, a month, so that the 2nd place person becomes the 1st place person, and so on. Eventually, the high score becomes within grasp of the occasional or lazy player. This will also entice regular players to keep playing the games to keep their highscores by beating who-ever is the new number 1.

You don't go in the arcade very often then matey...

There is a system that does exactly that, but after 90 days rather than 30 and on a per user basis not for the whole arcade.

The only bit that remains forever, is the top EVER score bit, but that is a slightly different thing and points for the leaderboard and stuff don't count for top ever score, only top current score.
