What do you need for a workable Wii?
Do you need extra controller and nunchuk, the power-up point or anything else? I think I would draw the line at the Michael Jackson kiddie-touching glove, but do you need cables? I'm struggling to find one on the market right now, and as it's a gift for someone I don't want to miss something obvious. |

Its good to go out of the box for one person to play. One controller and nunchuk, scart lead, plug etc
Comes with some batteries but i suggest investing in some rechargeble ones or a full on wii charger eventually like this: http://www.amazon.co.uk/Joytech-Powe...7153363&sr=8-1 Of course the whole attraction of the wii is multiplayer fun so i really reccomment an extra controller (though not a nunchuk as i have never needed an extra one) Buy Wii play as that comes with an extra controller and 9 great mini games http://shop.gameplay.co.uk/webstore/...des_wii_remote That and wii sports ensures hour of 2 player fun. Thats all really, you can just buy the box if u want everything you need will be there. |

I'm with Wedgy, definately worth getting another Wiimote. Most of the multiplayer games I have, like Wii Sports and WarioWare, are capable of doing multiplayer with a single remote but having 2 makes it a bit easier.
![]() One nunchuck also seems to suffice, as some games do 2P with one person having the remote and one person having the nunchuck. ![]() |
