The hat is a bit of an inside joke - as Nick becomes "Mr Mojo" when he wears it. So we all put it on to increase the aggregate mojo. It was a requirement that we couldn't smile when taking the pix. Umm, I'm "Laz", my wife is "BabyDoc", and my daughter is "Jacq".
