Indie heroes Blur to headline T in the Park!
Hot on the heels of their first announcements, the T in the Park organisers have today revealed that a recently-reformed Blur are to headline the Main Stage at this year’s festival on Sunday 12th July. This will be one of Blur’s first dates in over 6 years and a major musical coup as their T in the Park performance will be the only chance to see the band play in Scotland this summer.Blur’s first sonic seduction of the Balado masses took place back in 1994, at the first ever T in the Park, on a bill which also hosted Oasis and Pulp, with all three acts performing in the now-legendary King Tut’s Wah Wah Tent.T in the Park 2009 will take place Friday 10th - Sunday 12th July.To keep updated with the latest T in the Park announcements, visit the T in the Park website
