decided to start writing lyrics again, I use to write loads when I was 17 but they sucked. I have written two so far and currently trying to put music to this one, let me know what you think?

I thought there was too many "broken" in the chorus.

How about:

Broken glass and shattered egos
Broken down and battered heroes

???

Err, yeah, well they're not that bad tbh.

I always find it easier to get the music first, but then my lyrics are always sucky and the whole lot finds it's way into the recycle bin.
