Well, not for a good few months anyways - but it's the worst thing i think when plenty of TF'ers go to these things and miss each other completly (though if thats intentional or not ).
Name any upcoming festivals your thinking of going too...
I'm going to Reading this year despite no real idea of line up (heavily rumoured for Muse to headline though)
Trucker festival is always really intresting...got a feeling it's not called that, but you always get quite good bands like yourcodenameis: milo for alot cheaper than the complete rip off in terms of cash Reading and that is.

going to see these gigs soon:
Sigur Ros - March
Placebo - April
Truck Fest...
i may go Download depending on the lineup, other than that im seeing will haven in march
im definiately going to Leeds Fest, also heard rumours that muse will be headlining, plus appearances from the strokes, franz, pearl jam, kaisers, artic monkeys and flaming lips
doubt any1 here except Hillsy will go to that though
yeppp ill be more than likely be heading there this year maybe cream fields aswell, need to find some dates out though. Not sure if im off to leeds or reading yet, have to see wot some of my m8s are up to.
u cant wear ur ripped to shreds matty searls hoody to leeds :p
i said id be more than likely off to global gathering, not sure on leeds but id go if some of my m8s did. Why not? its a weekend away where u can get drunk, take drugs and not care.... Basically a normal weekend for me but listen to live music
To be entirely honest, this will be my 9th year and its getting a bit old, or i am I love festivals, but its got to the point where i know Reading way too well, im like 10 years older than most of the kids there now and lots of my m8s have got too old and need their creature comforts too much
Dunno what to do really, Reading's kinda lost its metal side to download and ended up with too much indie crap, no variation. Im much happier at a festival with a wide range of music, so i can listen and get into stuff i wouldnt ordinarily listen to.
Its also a bit expensive at about £130 to just spend the weekend in the campsite like i did last year

its a shame Coachella is so far away, nice variety there
I would craig, but i dont like metal that much to go to a metal festival, u metallica fanboy
Festivals always struck me as somewhere to see cool bands, but also to listen to stuff you wouldnt normally, which doesnt happen when theres a total overflow of this generic indie pop crap.
When i started going to Reading, there would be like a rock night, an indie night and a metal night. It was never official and youd always have big international bands there, not people like the darkness headlining with their 1 album set.
I wanna go to some weird scandinavian metal festival for a change tbh, tho that coachella one looks good
