This is a fairly simple poll really. WE all have our favourites over the years, but from the following modern assistants, which one has been best for the Doctor?

Has to be Rose, although Donna has added an element of comedy to it, awaits the throwing of rotten tomatoes.

Tastes differ thankfully. I find both Rose and Martha pretty damn attractive... Can't really argue with Donna though and nothing to do with the fact she's ginger...

I wouldn't call any of them "failed" though, they are all doing pretty well on their chosen career paths.
