Mass Effect: the new starlight?

Been playing this and love it, best RPG ive played in AGES.

But one of the reasons why i like it so much is the obviously inspiriation its taken from a game called starflight which i played om the mega drive!

As you can see it was years in the making and it has got to be the biggest game ive ever played, it was just HUGE and you could spend months just exploring exploring each system and each planet, looking for specimens to sell, minerals to mine and creatures to fight.

It was an awesome game and i still play it now and again cause there is just an insane amount to do in it, it was THE exploration game.

Ive noticed Mass effect has taken all the good things about this game and made them next gen, anyone else a fan of both?

First time I have ever heard of Starfight tbh but I am a massive Mass Effect fan.
Did you read the book? Mass Effect: Revelation is a prequel which details loads more story on Saren and Captain David Anderson, it also includes the Batarians who are being added to the game in the March update along with a new planet and about 90 minutes of extra gameplay for 400 microsoft points.

Did you know that the choices you make in Mass Effect will be carried over to Mass Effect 2? Drew Karpyshyn, who is Mass Effect's lead writer said that they'd be using a system where the old save file will be used to build the story for Mass Effect 2 based on the moral decisions you made in the prequel. Guess they have to do something for newcomers as well but it sounds really cool.

Might give it a read! The game is just awesome! The second sounds pretty cool! I cant wait to finish the game and play again already tbh, im playing a bad ass sniper but i wanna play a gentle biotic dude!
