Shame, it had such potential, the mir staff raped and pillaged it into the ground. Having said that, I wouldn't have met the wonderful Lattina and had our two wonderful children aged 4 and 3 weeks! Peace and goodwill to all mirkind.

I don't think you'll be able to get on D or P server and if you do manage it it'll be instant death cheats have GM powers so all sz's full of mobs. There might not be a reboot ever again to clear them as GN does not support it now, whether reboots come under the heading of support well your guess is as good as mine if it doesn't Mir2 lasted approx 1 week of free time if that
I just downloaded mir2 but I can't get in when I click start on my character the screen just flashes black for a second and I'm still on the character screen
Hi chaps, dont often post but thought I had to on this one! Just randomly checked the mir site, not played in over 4 years but mir was a big thing for me when I was younger, its probably what got me into the career I'm in.
I played the character GASHEAD, a taoist and I really enjoyed the game. I have to be honest I haven't really played much other games since mir, so i cant make much of a comparison but I must say mir was absolutely brilliant, the old sabuk wall battles!
Never really played mir 3 either, but hell the mir 2 community was brilliant. The PK's in the mines, the baddies, the qatar group like a mir mafia, the legendary guilds like Rebirth, Apex, Revival... Even back to the TV show, what a great time I had!
Well that was then I was 14/15, and now im less than a month away from 23...
I remember Gashead! Not sure if we ever talked but i def remember the name, like you i started when i was 14/15 so a lot of it has been forgotton except mad things like sabuk wall battles and when the spider patch came etc etc.

Been a little while! Like Jamie said, I'll always think of Mir really fondly as my first online game, but GN totally destroyed it.
Shame they didn't put the resources into it that it deserved.

GameTribe although they will deny they have any involvement with GN. Register with them mention GN or LoM =banned
Mir2 as far as I know is unplayable due to everyone having GM commands logging in you are met with instant death. Mir3 is playable to the full and I'm still enjoying logging in. Would be nice if someone took it on although there will be a lot of unhappy peeps who have given all there kit away needless to say I'm not one of them

I stopped playing LoM long time ago. But it still feels sad seeing the game going down. I have made many friends since the old days when I started LegendOfMir2.
Met quiet a few people from Mir in real life. So strangely it was not just some game.
Could have been such a good game if the Company who licensed it just actualy bothered
rumour has it Mir2 might be taken on by the Arabs but we all know what rumours are like not heard if they will be taking on Mir3 as well it's a far better game

LOL but I am. I struggled to get the hang of the buffs in Mir3 when it started and that was nearly 5 yrs ago so I've not a cat in hells chance of picking anything else up in my lifetime now lol How I got to lvl 61 and 1/2 beggars belief tbh but I did it

I refuse to believe I can't find a game to get you enjoying again now Mir has gone...
There's over 500 that TF has already catalogued and loads more still to add. If it means me going through every single one of them and playing them to find one that's just right for you, I will.
You also can't get rid of BB, TF would miss you, as would I.
