Legend Of Mir 2The Legend of Mir: The Three Heroes is a massive online multiplayer role-playing game based in a mysterious Oriental-style world. In The Legend of Mir you can be a powerful warrior and develope your ability in close combat, a skilled wizard with a whole set of spells or a mystic taoist provided with inner spirituals powers. Thousands of users can play together in the challenging world of Mir, which allows you to access numerous levels as you become stronger, to explore dangerous dungeons and fantastic cities and to create powerful guilds.
First thing theyve done is change the scale of the levels hugely. Its probably quite a bit faster than it used to be to level, but theyve changed the levels you get skills, so that level 20 is now about level 35. Items are the same, lvl 22 armour is now lvl 38. Seems kinda silly lvling up without any skills/rewards which used to make the early part of the game a little easier.
Other thing that amused me was a GM was trying to summon skeleton, but didnt know it needed an amulet until one of us laughing at her for a couple of minutes decided to tell her. Oh and theres a GM called Forge - whats the odds of that?

Hmm i wonder if its really him! Been playing a bit of it, it does seem to level quicker, it feels weird playing it with quests though! Will play a bit more of it later, det can we compile a list of TF mir players? so we know whos who in game!
I'm not sure why but the movements of characters looks strange when they run.
My ingame name is dazman23 lol. I think we should get everyone on TF to get together so we can try and get a woomahorn and make a guild lol, I know a crazy idea lol
I don't think they have, people have been chatting about hvaing done it already, unless they are lieing, but even if they are lieing, I can't see them removing PKing completely, it's integral, it may just be switched off during the closed beta bit.
Maybe there is some kind of level limit or something?
I hate to be the person who says this as I'm sure you're all having fun, but why play this game again? what is the appeal? why go through killing thousands and thounsands of pixels for pixle items?and finally where do I download it?
pixels means nothing to me. I've been looking for a game like mir or years and i couldnt find one that could entertain me like mir did. Hope this new version will be cool (the fact its free to play makes me wonder how it will be when cash items will come out)
Somehow, I don't find the new addition of quests appealing.
As I feel grinding can level faster than questing.
Closed beta wasn't that good, a few caves are blocked (eg. Prajna Temple, ZT, BDD).
My friend (Shin) rather be standing at Bichon than using his telering. Oh, it seems Wooma horn
dropped easily....he got 3 horns....
Good. - From the point of view of someone who hasn't touched the game in a year or so, the changes made to the game seem quite decent.
A few things I've noticed,
- The movement has changed, it feels smoother, when lag persists now, it doesn't look like you stop on one spot, it looks like it forces you a step back.
- Everything requires a higher level. Be prepared to wear Light Armour until level 38. lol.
- Some mob names have changed, but the locations and drops of pretty much all of them are the same.
- Quest system is good, but unless they bump up the rewards from the quests, I don't really see much point to doing them.
- Much better item stacking and front belt. You can pretty much put any item on 1-6 now, also you can stack 20 potions on one inventory slot.
Overall, I think this will be fine for a fresh server. I'm hoping that there are a lot more people in the open beta. Seems promising so far.
