When I make an announcement at 'Friends Reunited' do all my friends receive an alert by default?

I think that this is something for FR FAQ.
I'm sure you would get an email updating you for new members.

From past experience i'd say no.

Unless Friends Reunited has some kind of seriously uber powerful servers, i'd say it would be a logistical nightmare for them to consider implementing automatic alerts every time a friend or contact made an announcement.

If anything though, i'd say actually check the actual Friends Reunited site, because they have a fairly extensive FAQs section.
