I'm back playing WoW at the mo, this time on Laughing Skull server. Main is a lvl 70 rogue called Shivy (original, I know ).
Also have a lvl50 Champion on LOTRO, evernight server but that account's inactive right now. The lack of pvp made that get old otherwise it's a great game. When I play monster Play it's on a warg called Raahn.
Had AoC disc in the drawer since it launched but after Beta testing it for ages I never got round to playing retail so might sell it. We'll see how it comes along.
Is anyone waiting on Jumpgate? Looks pretty good to me, kind of reminds me of Elite on my old speccy 48k... Jumpgate Evolution
Supposed to be out this year sometime.
edit: typos as usual

Wow is a damn vortex sucking all mmorpgers in it.
Guys and gurls try the warhammer so you don't have to be so much behind from the end game content.
While I love WoW, I feel the MMORPG market has gone a bit stale. Someone needs to introduce a truly innovative MMORPG, I'm not just talking about gameplay, I feel the whole MMORPG model needs to be reworked.
Saying that EVE online seems to be quite different, might have to give that a go sometime. Anyone recommend it?

EVE is currently the only MMO I'm playing at the moment, and I love it. It's not quite the same as other MMO's in that you don't have to be online to improve your character - your skills train in real-time and carry on training while you're offline. The learning curve for stuff can be a bit steep, but it's fairly easy to make ISK and get stuff in the game...
You can get a free trial from their website, I think it's 14 days, so you can give it a try.
Anywho, I'm Seth Darkstarr on EVE, and I'm also quite looking forward to Stargate Worlds

I might give it a go then, once I'm back into flow at Uni and all that jazz.
I'd totally forgotten about stargate worlds. I'll definitely give that a go as I love stargate. Not been even a mention of it in PC Gamer though.
eve is different from most games as you dont have levels as such, it's about the training you do and what type of player you decide to be, either trader, fighter, miner or manufacturer. The game can be as fast or slow as you like, but it's definitely an acquired taste. Some great scenery in it though. A very good game to waste many hours doing nothing if you have a mind to, and one definately where Team Speak is a bonus.
