Lair recalled in UK?

My manager just told me that Lair has been recalled in the UK cus they forgot to put a 15 on the disc. Either this is no news, or a story about to break. You heard it here first!

So if you are under 15 and return the game, can you legally get it back???

It must mean that retailers can return it because nobody in their right mind would hand a game back because it didn't say 15 on it.
