As you can see, that is quite a lot. They are all the same as the books you would buy off the shelves, and many of them are 1000 pages or more. I have bought books on the list before, and the cost of each varies between £20 to £50
There is 650MB worth of E-Books, and could be vital to anybody who wants to learn more about computing.
Im happy to let people download the files from me, although this would be better done overnight. Alternatively i am quite happy to burn the CDs myself and post them to you. The CDs are all cased, would be sent the next day (if not the same day) and would be packaged in a Jiffy Bag to keep them safe.
I am also selling Linux CDs. Linux is free and can be downloaded, but if you would prefer to buy them then i will post them to you, with the only costs being the price of the CDs themselves and P&P. Available i have now are:
RedHat 9- up to 5 CDs - CD4 and CD5 contain nothing but the RedHat Source Code, which may not be of interest to you.
Mandrake 9.1 - up to 3 CDs - recommended all CDs. It can run off just 1, but the other 2 come filled with free software
Slackware 9.0 - 1 CD filled with software. Better for the advanced user.
Knoppix - Linux distribution that runs entirely off the CD, and so
does not need to be installed on the hard drive, and will not overwrite any of your data. Its great for somebody wanting to see Linux for themselves, or alternatively for saving data if their system becomes non bootable, or has other problems. 1 CD.
Suse 8.2 Pro - up to 5 CDs - only the first 3 contain software, and the other 2 the source code.
I can only accept payments for any of these through PayPal. PayPal also charges me for receiving cash from other people. I am not trying to make a wild amount of profit in any of this, its only so i can make my costs back
The CD Of E-Books
To Download from me (must have at least 250kb connection_) - £3.00
To be on CD - £5.00 (including P&P)
Linux CD's (any distribution)
There will be a £1.00 fee for P&P, and £1.50 for each CD.
As i said before, its mostly just so i can make my cash back, and i doubt il make any profit at all
If there are problems with anything then refunds will be given as long as the original item in the same condition is given back to me.
ThankYou
