# Create a new image with white background.
# Make some nifty render with Plasma. Filters->Render->Clouds->Plasma
# Convert it to Greyscale. Layer->Colors->Desaturate
# Make it to mosaic. Filters->Blur->Pixelize,choose 10x10pixels

Now it will look something like this.


# Filters->Blur->Motion Blur. Choose Zoom and Blur Parameters 15
# Filters->Disorts->Emboss. Values as below.



# Filters->Edge-Dectect->Edge. Algorithm=Prewitt, Amount=9, Wrap
# Then go Filters->Blur->Motion Blur.
# Blur Type=Zoom, Blur Parameters=20, let the rest be on default.
# Change the contrast alittle with Layer->Colors->Brightness and Contrast.

Now you have got yourself a cool Tech image. you can now set what color you need.
# Layer->Colors->Color Balance

Add a cool border or just a booring one like i did..
