Softmenu III settings

the softmenu III settings dont show up in the BIOS of a motherboard, and i wondered if somebody knew why that may be? am i missing a jumper or something?

i cant even enable the cpu interface, which im sure you can imagine, is annoying.

any help will be greatly appreciated

what motherboard is it ? make and model ?
is the CMOS jumper set to discharge ? for your sake i hope it isnt
is your computer bught from a shop/online i.e dell, packerard bell or built custom i.e buy the bits of the internet and put them together your self ?

its an Aopen AK77-8XN in a built pc. not built by me though.
i havent touched any jumpers, i didnt think i would need to

the first option in the bios is the cmos
