GRIN Gaming Edition
Game developer GRIN announced today that they are releasing a gaming mouse pad in association with pro gaming equipment company Qpad. The mouse pad will be included in the new GRIN Gaming Edition series.
GRIN Gaming Edition, is the collective name for a new gaming product line that will be released during 2008 and all products created are a collaborative effort between GRIN and other selected partners. This Special Edition of products has been chosen based on what the GRIN employees like and the mouse pad is the first of many exciting products to be launched.
"Our goal has been to have our offices equipped with the best possible products to create a good work environment for the staff. Professional game developers need professional equipment. After looking over different mouse pads we decided upon the Swedish brand Qpad. We also felt that it was great that we could design the mouse pad ourselves and the result turned out so great that they now can be bought in selected stores." says Gunnar Johansson, Brand Manager, GRIN.
The design of the mouse pad originated from the GRIN logo and created by the company's concept art department.
"We wanted to create a mouse pad that was both attractive and true to the GRIN spirit. We decided on working with the GRIN logo and we are very happy with the result." says Tony Holmsten, Concept Artist, GRIN.
"We have always admired GRIN's work and to be included in GRIN's exclusive Gaming Editions is both honoring and a validation that our gaming mouse pads carries a very high standard." says Christer Körnbäck, CEO Qpad.
