Default Nintendo of America Spits Out Dates

Nintendo of America has issued an enormous pile of release dates and estimates for its upcoming games and those of its cherished third parties.
Obviously these only apply to the US, but they are still encouraging yardsticks for when things will be finished and ready to be quickly released in Europe no excuses this time.

So, on the Wii front, Nintendo says that Okami (Capcom/Ready at Dawn) and Opoona (KOEI) will both be released on 25th March, while Mario Kart Wii with Wii Wheel is listed for spring and Wii Fit for Q2 - so there's still time to finish that biscuit. And lobster.

Meanwhile, Nintendo DS owners can look forward to Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles: Rings of Fate (Square Enix) and Lost in Blue 3 (Konami) on 11th March, to be followed later in the same month by Ninja Gaiden Dragon Sword (Tecmo/Team Ninja) on 25th March.

That's really all the big stuff, although you will doubtless have fun pouring over the rest of the line-up for other gems.

Note: That's a fairly beefy list and should get the old juices going for most people. There's certainly no shortage of new titles coming out anyway.

Nintendo DS

* Advance Wars: Dark Conflict (Nintendo) 25th January 2008

Ha I might have to get another DS now because Advance Wars is possibly the greatest game ever made. Even that guy Will Wright? who made the Sims and Spore says it. Great minds think alike obviously.
