DS Lite Gone Off For Repair.

Sadly one month ago i noticed my DS Lite was afficted with the dreaded "Cracked Hinge"

I emailed Nintedo and that emailed back next day with details of where to send it for repair (no mention of paying P&P

or how much it will be so i assume its is free being a factory fault

)

So i just packed it up today and will be posting it tomorrow.
I should have done it a month ago when i noticed the problem but the games rocked too much.

I shall let you know when i get it back how long it took and we shall see if Nintendo has good customer service or not.

Mine broke last month, about a few weeks after i had bought it. For some reason it stopped being able to charge completely, so took it back to game and they just swapped it.

I know i could have had ago at gameplay about it and they probebly would have sorted something out, but it was Nintendo's fault and if they gonna fix it for free it just as easy to post it to them then it is to post it to gameplay probebly easier..

Psh, I'm probably the ahrdest guy on TF, I beat upsome guy the other day just for looking at me funny, and when i hit him, I hit him so hard his dog which he had on a lead exploded from the force.

On topic, other than loads of **** all over the screens, and come chocolate stains from when I had it in my pocket with a snickers, my DS is fine ^^

Got back today one week later and they gave me a new DS.

Forgot how white it was, my shoulder buttons were turning a sight shade of yellow when it left.

Anyway Nintendo customer service = Good

lol... your DS was pretty white when i saw it. i presume they wanting a good reputation since the Wii coming out soon. wonder what thier next hand held will be... =/.
