1. General

1.0.1 What is Conquer Online?
Conquer Online is a Massively Multiplayer Online Role Playing Game (MMORPG). In Conquer, thousands of players adventure together in an enormous, persistent game world, forming friendships, slaying monsters, and engaging in quests...

1.0.2 Who is developing/publishing Conquer?
TQ Digital Entertainment (a wholly owned subsidiary of NetDragon Websoft Inc.) is developing and publishing Conquer Online.

1.0.3 What is an MMORPG?
MMORPG stands for massively multiplayer online role-playing game. In an MMORPG, thousands of players exist in the same game world at the same time. This creates an incredibly rich and active environment in which interesting things are constantly taking place. MMORPGs provide thousands of hours of game play, with a nearly infinite variety of goals to achieve across a vast world covering miles of land and sea.

1.0.4 Is there monthly fee to play the game?
No. Conquer Online is free to play. You needn't pay any monthly fee.

1.0.5 How can I get the client?
You may download the client from http://www.conqueronline.com/downloads/client.htm and the patches from http://www.conqueronline.com/downloads/patch.htm. You needn't pay any fee for downloading.

2.Installation

2.0.1 What are the game's system requirements?
Windows 95/98/ME/2000/XP
800 MHz or higher CPU
128 MB or more of RAM
16 MB or higher 3D graphics card, such as GeForce 2 or better
1 GB or more of available hard drive space
DirectX 8.1 or above
Internet connection with 56 Kbps or faster connection speed

2.0.2 How can I install the game?
Insert the Conquer CD into your CD-ROM drive. The installation should begin on its own within a minute. If it does not, you can start the installation by opening My Computer, double-clicking on your CD-ROM drive, then finally double-clicking the Conquer icon. Follow the instructions within the setup program to complete the installation. After the game is fully installed, a Conquer shortcut will be added to your desktop.

You can also download the program (called client) from the download site http://www.conqueronline.com/downloads/client.htm, use the latest version of unzipping program to extract it and then double-click on setup.exe file and follow the instructions to install the game.

2.0.3 For what platforms is the game available?
The game is available for PCs

2.0.4 Does the game require a 3D accelerator?
Yes, the game requires a 3D graphics card. We support a wide range of 3D cards that conform to the system requirement outlined above.

2.0.5 Is the game playable over a modem?
Yes.

3. Account

3.0.1 How can I create an account?
In order to play, you must first create a conquer account. To do this, do the following:
* Connect to the Internet
* Double click on the conquer shortcut icon
* Click on enter button to access the login server interface, click on Register Acc. on the login server interface, you will be connected to the New Account web page.
* Follow the instructions to fill out the required fields and click on submit.

You can also access the conquer official website http://www.conqueronline.com and click on Account->Sign Up to create a new account.

An account consists of an account ID and a password. These two pieces of information allow anyone who has them to play your characters. Keeping your password secret is therefore of utmost importance.

3.0.2 What is identification type and number used for? Should I put in the real information?
You are required to provide identification type and number if you wish to modify your data (registered email address, password, security question, etc.) or retrieve your lost password. You don't have to put in the real information but you should take it down in a safe place.

3.0.3 How can I change my password?
You may access the official site and click "Account"->Modify Password to change your password

3.0.4 How can I retrieve my lost passwords, characters or accounts?
Submit your account details at the official site. Please only submit true case through this page and only submit your case once. If you submit falsified cases, your account may be banned. If you share accounts with others or use an account that was given/traded to you by other players, we will NOT be able to process your case. All correspondence related to your account will be done through the registered Email address of the account. If you can not provide the correct registered Email address or can not communicate with us through the registered Email address, your case will NOT be processed.

4. Dragon Ball Purchase

4.0.1 How much does a Dragon Ball cost?
We sell 2 Dragon Balls for USD7.99 and 5 Dragon Balls for USD15.99.

4.0.2 How can I purchase Dragon Ball?
Access the official site, click "Sales"->Dragon Ball to purchase the Dragon Balls with Paypal account or money order (USD only).

4.0.3 I purchased Dragon Balls with Paypal account, but I didn't get a code or password. What should I do?
Please email the answers to the following questions to Frank at DragonBall@nd.com.cn>
A. Your payment date and time
B. The real name and email of the owner of the Paypal Account
C. The Paypal TXN_ID.

4.0.4 How can I credit Dragon Ball Codes? Where can I get Dragon Balls?
Access the official site, click "Sales"->"Dragon BAll Credit" to Credit your Dragon Ball Codes And find Prize NPC in the Market Place to claim dragon balls in game.

5. Classes

5.0.1 What classes can you play in Conquer Online?
Conquer Online has four playable classes at present.

Warrior - Warriors are adept in the use of all kinds of weapons and armors, and combat skills. They are loyal and fearless. They fight for belief, for their country and for what they think is right... So they hide themselves in the heavy armors, towards the endless combat.

Trojan - The Trojans stand for strength. They are good at two-handed weapons and combat skills. They declare they fear no hurt, but some said they are afraid of being hurt. They always attack and kill enemies desperately that enemies never have a chance to hurt them.

Taoist - It is said Taoists are the dirtiest of the purest, the meanest of the noblest, the cruelest of the kindest and the briefest of eternity, while the omnipotent God said, They are only the creators of miracles. After level 40, Taoists can choose to be Water or Fire Taoists.

Archer - The archers' speed never let you down; their skill with the bow and arrow is unsurpassable. They hit a target as accurate as eagle; as swift as rabbit, enemies seldom have the chance to get close an archer before they are shot dead.

5.0.2 Are there male and female versions of all of the classes?
Yes.

5.0.3 What classes have the power to bring someone back from the dead?
Water Taoists have the power to bring someone back from the dead.

5.0.4 Do different classes see differently?
No, all classes will see the world in the exact same way.

5.0.5 Which classes can heal?
Water and Fire Taoists

5.0.6 As a Taoist, can I learn spells at level 1 or do I have to wait until high level to do so?
Taoist don't have to wait until they are high level to learn spells. Taoists can learn Thunder and Cure from Taoist Star at level 1.

5.0.7 Are Archers the only class that can fly?
Yes.

5.0.8 Are Warriors and Trojan melee centered classes?
Yes. These characters are tough as nails and masters of weaponry and tactics. Their special abilities are naturally combat-oriented.

6. Characters

6.0.1 What is the level limit?
The current character level limit is 130. After you reach level 120 (Water Taoist level 110), you may choose to get reborn.

6.0.2 Will there be multiple characters per account?
Each account can have only one character on the same server, but players may use the same account to create another character on a different server.

6.0.3 Will I be able to customize the look of my character?
Yes. We feel that one of the most important features in Conquer will be character customization. Therefore, we are committed to giving players a wide variety of character modification options including hairstyle, hair color, armor color, faces and special visual effects for super items.

6.0.4 Can I customize my skills and attributes at character creation?
No. At character creation you must pick a class, but your skills and attributes are not changed until later. This prevents players from inadvertently gimping their character.

6.0.5 What options are customizable on your character when you create it?
We don't want to overwhelm players with too many choices when they start off. That's why they are concentrating on features that players will notice right away. Players will of course also get to select their class, gender, model and character name. The remaining elements of character customization will be done in-game, when players have a better understanding of how the choices they're making will affect their characters.

6.0.6 How long can your character names be?
Currently, all names are restricted to 15 characters.

6.0.7 Does a character's gender have any effect on its stats?
No. Males and females are equally effective in all areas of the game.

6.0.8 Are there emotes such as waving, bowing, etc?
There is a list of role-playing emotes within the game, such as waving, bowing, dancing, sitting, weeping, cheering, etc.

6.0.9 What is the character naming policy?
You may not select the name of another person, or a name which violates any third party's trademark right, copyright, or other proprietary right, or which may mislead other Members to believe you to be an employee of The Company, or which The Company deems in its discretion to be vulgar or otherwise offensive. The Company reserves the right to delete, or to change, any vulgar or otherwise offensive name. You have sole liability for all activities conducted through your Account or under your Account ID.

6.0.10 Where will my character be born? How can I leave Birth Village?
You character will be born in Birth Village. The NPCs there will tell you the basic knowledge about your class and the shops. You can leave the Birth Village by talking to KnowItall. If you are a Taoist, you should learn the basic spells from Taoist Star first.

6.0.11 When and where can I register my profession?
You may register your profession at the Job Center after you reach level 15. The NPC of your class can help you register. More details about the classes.

7. NPCs

7.0.1 Can you attack Shopkeepers?
No, you can't.

7.0.2 Will an NPC remember if you talked to it before?
For quest purposes, yes, the NPC will remember that you've talked and will know where you stand as it relates to the task you were given.

7.0.3 How can I reach another City?
Talk to the Conductress who is standing by the City Gate, select the destination and pay 100 silver, she will teleport you to the border of the region where the target city lies, then you move towards the City. You can also use the City Scroll to reach the City center.

7.0.04 How can I enter the Marketplace?
The Conductress standing by the City Gate can teleport you to the Marketplace.

8. Monsters

8.0.1 What sort of creatures are available to fight?
There are a large number of creatures available in the world to fight. There are both generic creature types as well as boss creatures. See the Monsters pages for a full list.

8.0.2 How can I tell how difficult a monster is going to be?
A monster's level is indicated along with its name. The name of the monster is color-coded. Black means that it's WAY too high level for you to mess with, red indicates that the monster is several level higher than you, white means that the monster is near your level, green indicates that you are several levels higher than the monster.

8.0.3 How far will a monster chase me?
They will chase you out of their patrol area and then leave you alone.

8.0.4 Can monsters cast spells?
Yes, boss monsters can

8.0.5 Are there boss monsters in Conquer?
Yes, there are many boss monsters in Conquer.

8.0.6 What exactly does it mean when a monster is listed as boss?
It means that the monster has much higher damage than those of the same level. It also indicates that it may drop some special or rare items.

9. Items

9.0.1 Are you able to randomly find items, and if so, are these items classified as unique, elite, etc.?
Monsters will have treasure that characters can loot. The equipment and armors are classified as normal, refined, unique, elite, super. Super items are of the best quality. You may use the dragon balls to upgrade the item's quality. More details about improving the items

9.0.2 Do items have weight? Do I have to worry about burden?
No, Conquer has no weight restrictions

9.0.3 Can some items only be used or worn by specific classes?
Yes.

9.0.4 Are there level requirements to use items?
Yes.

9.0.5 Are all characters able to use all weapons?
No.

9.0.6 Are there ways to make weapons glow or have cool effects in Conquer?
Yes. Super weapons would make your weapons glow. Super items and gemmed items will have cool effects.

9.0.7 How many items will I be able to carry?
You can place 40 items in your bag.

9.0.8 Will I store my silver in warehouses?
You can carry an unlimited amount of gold, but you may drop some of your items and silver if you are killed by the monsters and players.

9.0.9 Can I access the items I put in my warehouses anywhere?
You can only retrieve your items from the warehouses where you deposit, but you can access your silver from any warehouses. Warehouses are located in the major cities and in a few other special locations in the world.

9.0.10 Can other characters on my account access each other's warehouses?
No.

9.0.11 Where can I get a pickaxe / hoe?
You may buy a pickaxe from the Pharmacist in Twin City, or borrow a hoe from the warden in the jail.

9.0.12 What's the use of the meteors?
The meteors are used to upgrade the level of equipment, change the equipment's color, divorce and completing some quests. Learn more details about meteors.

9.0.13 What's the use of the Dragon Balls?
The Dragon Balls can be used to upgrade the equipment's quality, socket the weapons, upgrade the weapons from level 120 to level 130, redistribute the attribute points. Learn more details about the dragon balls.

9.0.14 Will I need to constantly upgrade my items as I level?
Yes. Although it is relatively easy to keep gear upgraded by killing the monsters and finishing the quests available to you. You can also use your meteors and dragon balls to upgrade the item's level and quality respectively.

9.0.15 How many socketed are allowed for an item?
The max sockets for an items are 2.

9.0.16 Where can I upgrade my item's level and quality?
Artisan Wind in Twin City can upgrade at a random success rate. You can cost a certain meteors or dragon balls to upgrade at Magic Artisan in the Market with 100% success rate. Weapon Master can upgrade your weapons to level 120+. Learn more details about improving the items.

10. Interface

10.0.1 Can you Alt Tab in and out of the game?
Yes, you can also run the game in a window.

10.0.2 Are you able to customize the keys?
Yes. This is accessed via the Setup screen.

10.0.3 How can I make a friend with another player? How can I delete a friend or enemy from the list?
Click Friend button, then click Add and the target player, If he/she agrees, he/she will click Friend button, then click Add and you to become your friend, and vice versa.

To delete a friend or enemy from the list, just click Friend button, then select the target name and click Delete.

10.0.4 What are the different chat channels?
The current chat channels include Talk, Whisper, Team, Guild, Friend and Service channel.

10.0.5 How do you move your character around?
Move your cursor to the place where you would like to go, and then left click your mouse. Your character will move towards the destination. If there is a barrier ahead, your character will make a detour. Please note that your character won't move if the destination is unreachable. There is a Walk/run switch on the lower left corner of game interface and you can click on it to switch between the walking and running mode. You can also jump by pressing Ctrl + left-click.

10.0.6 Does the game have a built in MP3 player?
No, but because the game can be played in a window, you will be free to run your own MP3 player in the background.

10.0.7 Can you run Conquer in a window?
Yes, the game can be run in a window, or if you prefer full screen, you will have the ability to Alt-Tab out of the game.

10.0.8 What's the use of the four buttons at the left side of the Stats screen?
1st button: Character stats
2nd button: Equipped items.
3rd button: Weapon skills.
4th button: Learned skills and spells.

10.0.9 What's the use of ? on the lower left corner of game interface?
It is the Instant help for your character. The contents vary with your level. It will tell you what items to equip and what monsters to fight.

10.0.10 What represents my character on the mini map?
There is a mini map on the upper right corner of game screen. The human-shape sign represents your character.

11. World & Exploration

11.0.1 What continents are in Conquer?
Currently, players will be able to explore the lands of Plain, Forest, Island, Desert, Canyon and Newly adventure regions. Learn more details about the maps.

11.0.2 What information will the minimap display?
In the upper left corner of the screen there is a mini map, which shows your position, nearby locations. It also indicates the position of your nearby friends, party members, spouse, enemies.

11.0.3 What are cities like in Conquer?
The cities in Conquer are large, sprawling areas, each with their own distinctive architecture and style. Cities are where players go to train in their professions, shop for the goods at local vendors, repair their items, obtain new and exciting quests, buy and sell goods with other players and participate in unique city adventures.

11.0.4 Will there be special locations?
There are plenty of special locations for players to discover.

12. Gameplay

12.0.1 Is the game easy to learn how to play?
Yes. We strives to make all of our games easy to learn how to play, yet difficult to master. We will continue to improve this process.

12.0.2 Will there be other things to do besides leveling?
There will be a huge variety of things to do to keep players from feeling like they just have to grind through one creature battle after another. Characters can mine for the ores and gems, trade and gamble in the marketplace, craft items, fight in vast battles against other players, establish homes, and explore distant lands. Even when players do fight monsters, it will often be as part of a quest, or in search of special ingredients for their crafts.

12.0.3 Is there a way to finish Conquer? How long can I play?
There will be thousands of hours of game play, and nearly infinite goals for players. Because we'll have a live team regularly adding new quests, creatures, and items, the game will never truly end.

12.0.4 How can I get married?
Take your lover to the Love Stone in the Marketplace or Match Maker in Desert City. The suitor should be level 20+.

12.0.5 How can I get divorced?
For the details, please refer to the official sites Meteor Tears quest.

12.0.6 How can I build and upgrade my house?
See the official sites House page for the details.

12.0.7 What are required for mining?
Char Level 15 and a hoe / pickaxe. Learn more details about the mining.

12.0.8 What's the use of +1 items?
They are used to compose with the items of the same type. Learn more details about composing +1-9 items.

13. PK


13.0.1 Can you PK as you please in Conquer?
Yes. We offer you real-time unlimited PKing (Player-Killing) in Conquer. See PK page for the details.

13.0.2 Will there be weekly and monthly PK war?
Yes. See PK War page for the Details.

13.0.3 Will there be an arena?
Yes. there is an arena in Twin City. No PK points and no item drops for PKing in arena.

13.0.4 How can my PK points be reduced?
Your PK points will be reduced by 1 point for every 6 minutes online.

13.0.5 How can I avoid killing another player.
Set the PK mode to be Peace mode on the lower right corner of game screen.

14. Skills & Spells

14.0.1 How can I get new spells?
New spells can be found by visiting the trainers in Job Center of Twin City or in books which are sold by the Market Pharmacists or dropped by monsters. You can also find them by completing quests or purchasing them from other players. Learn the details about the spell books.

14.0.2 What are required for learning and casting a skill/spell?
See Skills pages for the Details.

14.0.3 How can I cast a spell?
After you meet the requirements, select the target spell, then right-click on the target monster/player. For casting a summoning spell, you should right-click on the blank position on the ground.

14.0.4 How do XP skills work?
To cast a XP skill, you should wait until the XP circle is full. When the XP circle is filled with yellow color, the XP skill buttons will appear on the lower right corner of the game screen. Click on the target one, then right click on the target monster/player. The XP skill buttons will disappear after 20 seconds and reappear when the XP circle is full of yellow color again, so you'd better try to make good use of the XP skills before they disappear.

14.0.5 Will skills atrophy if they aren't used?
No. Once you learn a skill it's yours for life.

14.0.6 Will there be a way to untrain skills?
No.

14.0.7 Will there be buffs?
Yes. See Skills pages for more details.

14.0.8 What sort of skills will be available?
For detailed lists of the known available skills, see the Skills pages.

14.0.9 Do buffs have a time limit?
Yes.

15. Grouping

15.0.1 Will there be a party system for group adventuring?
Yes.

15.0.2 How large is the party size for players?
Currently, the party size is five players.

15.0.3 Are there any systems that a group leader can determine what the group member can loot?
Yes. As a group leader, you have the ability to determine if your members are allowed to loot the items or money.

15.0.4 When can your group members' HP show correctly to you?
Your group members have low HP and they are within the same map.

16. Quests

16.0.1 What quests are available in Conquer?
For detailed lists of the known available quests, see the official Quests pages.

16.0.2 How do I get quests to complete?
Getting quests is very easy. Talk to an NPC who has a quest available for you and you will be offered the quest.

16.0.3 What happens when a player fails to complete a quest? Will there be an option to try that quest again?
Yes, players can always go back to the quest giver and try again.

17. Guilds

17.0.1 What are required for forming a guild?
Character Level 90 and 1,000,000 silver. See Guilds page for more details.

17.0.2 How can you chat with your guild?
A guild chat option will be available to send messages to your entire guild.

18. Death Penalty

18.0.1 How does death work?
When you die, your body falls to the ground and you appear as a ghost. You have two options for resurrection: you can resurrect back to a nearby city by clicking the Revive button, or be raised on the spot by a Water Taoist with the Revive skill.

18.0.2 When I'm a ghost, can I see other monsters and players?
Yes, other monsters and players can see you, too.

18.0.3 If I die as a ghost, what happens?
When a monster kills you, you may drop some of the items and silver in your inventory. When another player kills you (this does indeed happen, whether the death is intentional or accidental), you will lose some experience points as well as some items and silver in your inventory. If your name is black when you are killed by another player or guard/patrol, you may drop some items you are wearing and put into jail. When you die, you won't be able to do anything except moving around and talking to other ghosts /Water Taoist.

18.0.4 If I lose experience enough that I drop below zero, what happens?
You enter negative experience points. You do not lose a level.

18.0.5 Will I revive with only one hit point?
No, you will revive with 100% of your health.

18.0.6 Can I access my inventory and use other UI functions while I'm dead?
Yes. All of the user interface is available to you while you're dead.

19. Trade

19.0.1 Can I drop items on the ground so that someone else can pick them up?
Yes. Items can be dropped on the ground for others to pick up, but some quest items will disappear once you drop. Items can also be traded or placed in bags and warehouses.

19.0.2 How can I trade with another character?
Click the Trade button, then click on the target player. If he/she agrees by clicking OK, the trade window will pop out on both sides. Click X or Cancel to close the trading window.

Type the amount in the box, then click Confirm to trade. Be aware that once you confirm the amount, you are unable to change it. The only way to change the amount is to Cancel the current trade and resume.

Drag your items to the trading slots, check if the money is right, then click Agree. If the other party clicks on Agree too, then the trade is completed.

19.0.3 How can I open a booth in the marketplace?
Click a flag where nobody has occupied, then click on the blanket and put your items into your shop.

19.0.4 How can I close my booth in the marketplace?
Click the Quit button on the lower right corner of the game screen.

19.0.5 I got "Invalid Amount" message after I confirmed my trade money. Why?
The amount you entered was more than that you carried with you.

20. Reborn

20.0.1 When can I get reborn?
Water Taoist level 110, other classes level 120


21. Trouble Shooting

21.0.1 I get this error message "DirectX error: Display acceleration support is out of order. Please confirm your current display mode is 16 bits, and if your display driver is installed correctly." What can I do?
* Set your screen color to be 16 bits
* Install DirectX 8.1 or above
* Update your graphic driver

21.0.2 I keep getting 'Socket Error 10061' when I open Play.exe.
That means account server is down. Please try to log in later.

21.0.3 when I try to log into the game, I get system message Error: 'Connection with the server is interrupted. Please re-login'
It may arise from several reasons. First, the server is under maintenance, please re-log in later. Second, you have just logged off and your account is stuck in the server. Please re-log in later. Third, you haven't updated the client to the newest version. Please download the patches at http://www.conqueronline.com/downloads/patch.htm.

21.0.4 When I open the client, I am told to set my system font small. What should I do?
Follow the steps below to change system font to small font:
(1) Right click on the desktop
(2) Select "properties"
(3) Select "setting"
(4) Click on "Advanced"
(5) Click on "General"
(6) Click on down arrow to select small fonts (96 dpi)

21.0.5 When I turn on Full Shadow, the screen is messed up by terrible black shadow everywhere. What should I do?
Please try to install other version of DirectX (at least version8.1). If you open several Conquer clients in one computer, please close them and leave only one client.

21.0.6 I can't remove Conquer program from Control Panel or Uninstaller. What should I do?
If you delete conquer 1.0 manually, some conquer registry files cannot be removed from your computer. That's why you cannot reinstall the client. When this happens, please use an uninstaller to remove Conquer completely. If you do not have uninstaller in your computer, you may use search engine (such as google, yahoo) and enter some key words (such as 'uninstaller, download') to find one. After you install an uninstaller, just run it, it will show all the programs you have installed, click on Conquer 1.0 to remove it completely from your computer.

21.0.7 I got message like 'Error: can't create 3D/texture', and then the client exited.
First, try to download the patches http://www.conqueronline.com/downloads/patch.htm. If that doesn't help, please re-install the game.

21.0.8 I am experiencing slow download and keeping getting error message, what should I do?
Try using a download program, such as FlashGet, GetRight etc...they allow you to resume the download after disconnections.

21.0.9 I can't open the download site. It is said that the page doesn't exist.
It is probably that download server is down at that moment. Please try to open the site later. Or try other download sites.

21.0.10 Whenever I click Conquer 1.0 on my desktop, I hit Enter, than it just disappears, I never get the log-in screen, someone please help me.
Go to your conquer directory then the ini folder look for a file called GameSetUp.ini; make these changes to this line only

21.0.11 When I click on Play.exe, the client flashes and quit right after that.
Please modify firewall setting a little bit lower.

21.0.12 I downloaded the client. But I opened it; it said that the file was corrupted.
You can repair corrupted file with Flashget:
(1) Open Flashget
(2) on the right side, click on delete
(3) right click on file and select "fix the corrupted zip file"
(4) flashget redownload the game to fix

21.0.13 Why is the game so laggy?

Why the game is so laggy?
The following may make you feel Laggy:
* Poor connection between your ISP and game Server
* Use macro program
* It has something to do with Player's PC configuration, the better Graphic card you use, the less lag you have
* Too many players are in the same map.
*You open more than one client.

When you feel laggy, please try the following methods:
* Scan the virus
* Delete the log folder in conquer 1.0
* Click on set up button to turn off shadow
* Do not run other programs
* Clean up the temporary files and empty recycled bin
* More free disk space
* Open only one Conquer client.

22. Servers

22.0.1 Where are servers located?
All Conquer servers are located in the United States.

22.0.2 How often are the servers maintained?
The maintenance time is as below (PST=GMT-8 hours):
Monday: 17:00-17:30 PST
Wednesday: 17:00-17:30 PST
Friday: 15:00-15:30 PST

22.0.3 How many Realms will there be in Conquer?
We will have as many servers online as necessary. Others will be held in reserve and will be set up the moment they are needed.

22.0.4 Will player names be unique on each Realm?
Yes. In order to promote individuality, we feature an advanced naming system allowing players to create a unique name for their characters on each Realm.

22.0.5 Will players be able to select what Realm they play on?
Yes.

22.0.6 Will players be able to host small (8 players max), temporary servers on their own machine?
We will not allow players to run their own servers for Conquer. A massively multiplayer online role-playing game demands a high level of server security and a well-connected community to flourish and evolve. We are focusing all of their networking efforts on creating such an environment.

23. Support

23.0.1 What is a Game Master (GM) and how will they enhance my gameplay experience?
Game Masters or GMs are members of our customer support department who will be responsible for assisting players with questions regarding gameplay and/or technical issues. We understand the importance of customer support and community building, therefore this will be one of our primary focuses.

23.0.2 How can I send feedbacks and report bugs?

23.0.3 Will there be special events held in the game for holidays?
Yes! There will be special events held for both "real" holidays and special days created in Conquer.

23.0.4 What will you do to prevent cheating?
The development team is currently doing everything it can to eliminate the possibility of cheating. Also, because the game requires gamers to have a personal account to play, we will be able to identify and track cheaters much more closely. Conquer has many features specifically designed to detect, identify and prevent cheating and hacking in the game. As always, we will constantly look for ways to make the experience of our customers better and more secure, and as we continue to find new methods of doing so, we will certainly pursue and implement them.

23.0.5 Since the game will have a language filter, can we curse/swear as much as we want?
Even though there is a language filter, excessive, unsolicited or inappropriate language will not be tolerated.

23.0.6 How does TQ plan on dealing with the sale or trading of characters/items?
The selling of characters or items is not a feature supported in Conquer. Any users that choose to participate in this activity do so at their own risk. TQ will not facilitate nor mediate in the sale or trading of characters/items.
