Programming of my extension goes on. The main problem I have atm is getting the extension to read/write from/to a local xml or txt file. I have found a link and after my two current courseworks are done I'll take a look at trying that. After that, I'll need it to read an xml file from my minicity as a proof of concept. THEN I need to find a way to do a while loop so that the extension loads each city stored in the local file, fetches it's xml file, sorts out what links it is allowed, and makes those links.
My idea atm is to have a drop-down menu which allows the user to add, view or remove a city (can you guess what add and remove do? ), with view listing each city as a sub-menu. Selecting a city will load a sub-sub-menu listing the links that are available.

Sod knows what advertising I'll put in next to the drop-down menu? Perhaps have it search all <15 rated adverts limited to the country that the minicity is in (so if it's in the uk, you get adverts from the uk, if it's in france you get french adverts and so on). The info is available in the city's xml file.

Something I am interested in, is that the xml file has a 'signature' tag. What the holy hell is THIS used for?
