Land of the Abandoned

Completely in the north part of lineage you can find a special portal called Twisting of Space. This portal can be used to go to the Tower of Shadows and to the special leveling spot for level 45-52 players.
I haven't really explored the Tower of Shadows yet, but I have been hunting the Land of the Abandoned a lot lately to gain experience on my mage.
The land of the abandoned is an open outside area with all undead monsters. Most monsters in there have a ranged magic attack like the undead demon (fire attack):
With my mage, I can turn undead most of the monsters in there except for the ones that look like a lesser demon (wings seems clipped):
I always run away from them or when there are too much following me, I just teleport away. I do hunt without polymorph there, as the monsters there see through it. It's one way to save some adena as the drops in the land of the abandoned really is bad.
Next to the lesser demons which are hard to kill for my mage (actually don't want to waste my mp on them). There is also an annoying monster that looks like a succubus. They are not hard to kill with turn undead, but they are just annoying as they have the ability to teleport you next to them. So first you sit on a safe spot on the edge of the screen and 1 second later you could be in the middle of the action:
While i'm hunting there, I just enjoy the scenery of the snowy landscape:
