And come on ppl lets be more intelligent about this, this is a cracking idea for a country that is suffering too many rape cases and getting away with it, and if you where raped by a hiv carrier theyve not only destroyed your self respect but your body as well, it has to be stopped. Its a cool idea, but thats about as far as the idea seems to get.

I mean say a woman is married or in a regular relationship, she uses this when she goes out and takes it out for her husband. This means she can remove the device, so why isnt a potential rapist going to check for and remove the device?

I wouldnt be suprised if rapists were also allowed to sue for the damage done to them

They should probably just work on the preventing disease part of things, rather than giving women weapons. I mean why dont the women just carry a gun and shoot the guy in the face, the countries women get raped that much theyd probably get away with it and the police would have no problem tracking the rapist :/
