i hate bulllying i get bullied abit myself for being far more intelligently supierior to all the chavs in skool and i listen to " Goth music " or as normal music people know it rock music.
All of this opened my eyes to how many people actually do get bullied and i wasn't on my own but i try to just shake it off and show them i am not interested in them.
But i will always try to help who is being bullied by being the righteous little **** and sticking up for them.
what do u think should be dun to tackle bullying.??
to get rid of bullying all together? well there is no way your going to get rid of it all together cause no matter where the hell you go there is bullying everywhere ;o if your being bullied just stick up for yourself, if they say something to you say it back, punch you punch em back ect.
a lot of bullying is jealousy. totally inferior specimens exerting their will over normal people. people who get mistreated by their mum and dad and need to even things up in their own heads.
i think it happens to everyone and i suppose it builds character. but it isnt nice at the time. i remember at our school we got this draconian paki assistant head teacher who hated me from day 1 coz i was smarter than him and a lot sexier.
well, 1 time a group of nobs were trying to threaten and push me in the school dinner queue and i grabbed the apparent ringleader by the throat and put him against the wall and started smacking his forehead with my hand so the back of his head hit the wall repeatedly. and saying something like 'you think its a good idea to **** with me eh?' over and over again.
what transpired out of that was there was hundreds of witnesses and i got done for bullying that guy. a so called tough man who was with all his mates when i was with 3 birds.
i was pretty peeved with the injustice of it all and didnt do myself any favours by calling the new assistant head all manner of names.
ahh the trials of adolescence huh.
some people do need a good shoeing though, people who bully others and i think its ok to bully them.
I listen to 'goth music' (well that’s what everyone I know calls it) and I’m also at the ‘top-end’ in most of my classes. I've never been bullied most of my friends hate my music as well. There's hardly any bulling in my college and if there is it has action taken by the teachers straight away. I doubt they will ever stop bullying 100% but the best way is do what the kids at columbine did, solve it yourself.
Oh just remember you will probably see the bullies serving your Mc Donalds to you in 5 - 10 years
I used to be a bully, and till this day the guilt still kills me, I guess if I could change one thing, it would be that. It wans't out of jealousy or whatever, it was simply a case of wolves and sheeps in my school, your with the wolf pack or the amount of fights and ambushes your gonna have that year trebled. but I should have been the stronger man about it and just moved away from the circle. The thing is in our school, stick up and punch a bully, and that bully (if he hasn't bottled you already) gonna wait with five adult guys outside.... and your probably gonna get stabbed. These wern't run of the mill bullies, some where dealing weed/ **** and fireworks in school, these kids (including me i'm afraid) where hardcore. After I was accepted the circle and was cool with those kinda guys, I think I could have just walked out of the **** they where doing, and thats where I think I ****ed up .

I was the same Minocin. But i lived in what would be considered a rough area (east end of glasgow), and you got bullied a lot if you were different in any way.
I had two groups of friends in school, one group who dressed like goths or moshers, and another group of "trendy" friends who I was in most of my classes with.
Everyone else was an absolute **** to us for about a year, throwing **** etc. Eventually I think they got bored because they never got a reaction.
My friends have been quite badly attacked before, (mate got hit in the head with a brick and got knocked unconsious on the street) just because they looked different.
It lessens as you get older, but theres always going to be some ***** around wanting to wind you up. Just a few days ago I was visiting a friend, and he was going out to pick up some soapbar for us, and he put on a jacket that was well... neddy And he says this is my jacket for around here so i dont get attacked for looking like a mosher.

thats pretty sh1tty man, i know what its like a bit, although its probably not as hardcore where im from. but it isnt funny when you have about 5 unemployed 19 year old ******s lurking outside of a school wanting to stab you.
i remember 1 guy who was the total ****ing pits killed himself in a car crash and i declared that i was glad because he was about 4 years older than me, yet he used to punch me on the way home and stuff. well his entire extended family (and believe me that was a lot of inbred neds) vowed to stab me or something, and i had to keep a pretty low profile for a while. they were total pussies on their own but in large groups they thought they were the bloody trojans.
i even paid a guy from perth to **** some of them up. that decision may have saved, if not my life, but an organ or two.
I got bullied when I was little. Ppl that didnt know would call me a chink, but ppl that knew me always stuck up for me
I was always in the "in crowd" in school and once in a blue moon some kid who was placed in lower section say 6-1 and 6-2 was smartest for 6th graders, 6-1 being leaders for odd sections and 6-2 being leaders for even sections, usually some kid down in 6-11 or 6-12 who I've never heard of might have a go at me and call me chink then all the top 6-1, 6-2 kids would call him ignorant and label him trash. Being in a top section guaranteed that you'd be known through-out school and be envied, sorta like hollywood A-listers. Typically kids in the top sections were more well off, more attractive, scored higher in exams, and played sports or instruments.
School wise I didnt have to worry much, but out of school say the neighborhood kids (this is when I was living in the apartments, changed after my parents bought a home)... well i took care of them personally. Come to think of it no one picked on me 'cause I was fairly tall and strong for my age but ppl picked on my brother and that would mean blood would be shed. I think a lot of racist parents and racist kids hated me 'cause you cant do much when 2 kids have a go at each other. You can't exactly sue kids for having a playground rumble. Also I never started it was always retaliation. If you won't get in trouble why don't you bully them and make them fear you? Or you could befriend them, there was a bicycle gang that first bullied me then later I became their leader. I would do crazy stunts like go up a 5 story apartments and climb down 5 steep sets of stairs on my bike. Dunno kids are weird , make them fear you if you can, if you can't join them.

tbh, you sound like you have a superiorty complex, you are better than all these other normal ppl, you set yourself apart from them and made youreself a target. you allready stereotyped all the chavs and seem to have your own style of bullying by making out the are all intellectually inferior to you.
you can find a nice decent perosn just about anywhere, doesn't matter if they are punk, goth, chavs or whatever. one of the most intelligent ppl i know is a friend who has never really worked and been in an out of prison since his teenage years, borstal before that, lastime he went down was for going off on one with a shotgun, lol (he didn't shoot anyone though). bullying is all about ppl putting up barriers, and it sounds like you put up some yourself.
embrace the chavs, lol, they aren't all stupid, just like all 'goths' aren't emotional freaks. ppl are ppl etc...

Whenever the bullys tried it on with me i just looked at em and said "WTF you think you're doing?" and they were all like "oh soz nothin" so i nver really had to put up with it, as i didnt let it happen.
bullying is a natural part of life... it wont be gotten rid of, nm how many stupid coloured bracelets people wear, unles they have some sort've forcefield in them...

Some good points here, although it's good to stand up for others, but it just makes you a target, they will always play the number game on you and they will normally win. To me it seems that the only way to stop bullying is to use their own devise of fear upon them. For example, the ring of bullies picked on the wrong guy one year lower than us in school (fortunately I was in lunch time detention for bunking), what we didn't know is that his family was connected to the Triads, that afternoon we were surprised to find 12 Chinese men standing in the school subway as we went home, with the boy there with them saying 'no thats not them'. nothing happend that day because some1 told the bullies and they crept away somewhere else, but after that no1 touched the guy or even looked at him cross eyed.
Point is sticking up for yourself etc, is all noble but in most cases is bollox, it's all about who you know and can you create fear with them like the bullies try and make you fear them.
probably a good way to mostly to stomp out on bullying is to get rid of neds
'cause they seem to be the recurring theme.

but at my school there isnt really any bullying and if there is someone gets onto it,but a lot of the time the teachers are bone idle and do sweet FA so as prefects(merx,arez myself) we usually take it upon ourselves to do somehting about it..which usually ends up in termoil but at least we try
