It's the large number of foreign doctors and nurses that have made it shit,
I don't think half have of them are checked out, you read it all the time in the news,
witch doctors from the thrid world committing butchery in our hospitals, and still allowed to practice, A lot of them don't even have an NVQ level grasp of our language,
so how the hell can they be expected to fill in forms and follow notes accurately? lol

I think the NHS does do a lot of good,,,

its easy to overlook that fact because when something goes wrong its always personal and something you cant just get round like throwing away an old car and buying a new one.

its always easy to point out things which are behind the times or inefficient etc but I don't see anyone coming up with anything better. even if it was as good as it could be realistically, wed still complain and want more.

having said that it sucked for me I end up paying privately, but thats almost entirely to do with the medical profession rather than the NHS.
