the farce of it is tho that many of these people get life sentances surley that means you die in prison or maybe a "life" sentance is only as long as the person you killed ?

you cant believe much these days it wouldnt suprise me if they had made it up. How on earth do they know that theres that many?? Do they go around and ask people if there a sex offender or not?? No they dont because no one would admit it...If they do there either locked up or on some kind of survalence. i think its all aload of crap tbh with you i wanna know were there information is coming from....i mean if you were a paedofile would you tell people who you are and were you live???
Regardless of the truthfullness of the figures its not the ones on the list you have to watch for its the ones no one knows about that are free to do what ever they want when ever they want.
Life sentance in this country is a joke! life should mean life.
Emma there are list of convicted pedos, the police have them and they can be looked into by employers who want to know if someone is safe to work round children, well thats in theory. When me and andy went to volentree for HomeStart we signed forms to alow them to do a police check on us, I assume they would be looking for things like that.
