depends on what server you play

on coldeve order are sort of good people...

shadow use to be the pk'ers, now its more dominion..will probably join a shadow pk guild soon so i can wipe out the dominion's

on PK servers gaining PK points gets you special, kingdom specific skills.
I don't know if you have access to them on non-kvk servers though :S

you have 1600? lol. I've never seen anyone with a PK rating over 700 before. Thats probably because of all the portal gankers. My PK rating's never been above 500 because I don't PK though. lol.

At 1600 i think you can get 4 of the skills can't you? I think its one for every 200 pk points 1000 onward.
