Even if you download the trial (15 days) you have to buy the CD at the end of it.

where can i buy the CD from? il pay for it fair enough but aint got a card so cant buy things over the net and honestly, i dont think its secure. searched hmv and that, couldnt find it

If you have a Game store near you they should have a copy.

Also try PC Rip Off errr I mean PC World.

Was £29.99 on release and that included 1 months play. You will need a credit card of some description to pay monthly though. As far as I recall they don't take Splash Plastic.
