Unexpected Server Reboot & Downtime For a Few Minutes This Afternoon
13/04/06 - Within the last hour Total Format became unavailable for a few minutes and it appears that a server reboot was triggered during that period, it is suspected that this was due, either to a software or hardware failure on the server, however other possible reasons are also being looked closely at.
I would like to apologise for this unexpected event, but I would like to assure you that it is currently being investigated thoroughly. This was not scheduled, therefore I have contacted TFs hosts so that a full investigation on their part can be carried out, so that we can pinpoint the exact reason for this sudden brief loss of service. Thank you for your understanding, hopefully this will not happen again any time soon. |
