TF News Update Week Ending 05/02/2006

Ok folks, it's been a while since we had a weekly update, so that sort of makes this once more of a monthly late update, but hey, the TF staff have been working hard at removing all those pounds gained from big xmas turkeys and stuffing, not to mention various bouts of alcohol poisoning and interesting things happening in our lives.

But enough of that, straight to the news of TotalFormat. It has been an intersting month or two period where we have seen lots of changes in TF lately. For all of you who haven't been on in a while we'd like to say hi, and tell you whats been going on.

TF continues to grow, with a successful xmas competition everyone should have had their prizes of games and badges, so well done to you all for enetering, lets hope next years competition is even better , stay tuned for more competitions in the future. We think that we may be able to get even bigger and better prizes once we get our mates down at the distribution centres drunk enough to sign away their most prized possessions.

The TF arcade has had a bit of a shake up, where a new interface has been put in, this is because the previous developer has stopped support so we switched to ensure that we can still bring you the service, not only that but there are now well over 1000 games in the acrade, so we are sure there will be something to suit you

The TF-rpg is out and we encourage you all to make a character and have a play to while away a few hours when you're bored.

In background news, Detomah continues to work hard on the servers to keep the site going and up to speed. We realise that recently our performance has been slower than normal and we apologise. It seems that there are certain (alledgedly) human beings out there that don't like the fact that TF is here and trying their best to slow us or indeed take us down. So far there has been limited effect but we continue to monitor the situation, and so do the proxy tracers too .

This week has been interesting not only because of the attacks on TF but with the influx of new and old friends we used to know from the lands of mir. We would like to say a hearty TF welcome to everyone, and we hope you stay a while and rekindle those friendships on the forums. After all, we were here first for the community, and we are here for you still. So come in, take a seat and have a chat If you know of anyone who might be lost for a home then point them in our direction.

Lastly, we have many plans for the coming year, and we hope that you will like them, there will be more content but will take some time for us to do, more competitions, more trailers, more downloads and things to do. Just as a little hint, if you like karaoke but can't get the words right, TF will be the place to be. Stay tuned to TF and check us out everyday.
