Due to a graphics fault (that I thought was a deeply buried virus that I couldn't locate) I've formatted my pc (again). And kinda forgot to backup my favorites >.<
I had nearly a dozen webcomics that I tuned into on a semi-daily basis... Point is, I've remembered the url of three. By the law of probability (I think it's that one. Might not be, but prolly is ) a few ppl here will read at least one of the webcomics I used to read ![]() I've already got CAD, LICD, VGCats and MegaTokyo. So; what webcomics do you read? ![]() |

![]() There are thousands out there atm. Most of 'em in English... some not... There was a webcomic I used to goto that had a list of other comics on it. Can't remember the name of the comic >.< Was about a japanese lesbian game store owner living in America, in a feud with a German family... The woman enjoys DDR >.> For the life of me, I can't remember the name of the comic >.< |

Gotta love Darkhorse, their artwork & storylines tend to take a different approach compared to the more conventional comics of Marvel & DC. (Even if some tare based on movies). Even stuff like The Mask originated with them, was trying to get my hands on the first few graphic novels, was quite hard to actually track all of them down and when i thought i had found the first one, it turned out to be some lame movie adapation comics (my fault as i didnt look at the artist/writer). B.P.R.D ftw ^^ |

I will try to borrow the works camera tonight and post some pics over the weekend, I found that I have a Hardback novel (Aliens) called Tribes as well! And bizarrely I have the comic adaptation ??? I have also found my copy of ‘ALIEN’ as illustrated for the Magazine Heavy Metal, (LONG LONG AGO) slight damage but still in good condition. I remember saving my lunch money to buy the comics from Forbidden Planet in Newcastle, I had a few Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles as well, ‘the dark nasty turtles’ that was all violence…. As a business, do web comics make revenue from adverts? Or subscriptions? Or is it just for the love of it? And how often do they update? Every week? Month? I will defiantly have to do the pics on the sly though and keep the comic bookmarks hidden as the missus will ridicule!…. She did when she found my Mr Scotts guide to the Enterprise! Some people… |
