Aion - First Closed Beta Event - A Brief Intermission

At 12:00 p.m. PST June 5, 2009, we launched our first Aion closed beta event. The turnout was phenomenal! We are incredibly excited by the number of eager fans and we’re already looking forward to our next Beta Event (Friday, June 19th).



Exciting Tidings in the Community Team

As the number of Aion community members, services, and needs grow, the profile of the community consistently climbs higher. Lani “Liv” Blazier is transitioning from Community Manager to Associate Producer. Lani will continue to support the community effort, but she will be doing so from a production standpoint. In this new role she will continue to provide guidance to our other Community Managers. Congratulations, Lani!

Martin “Amboss” Rabl, who you all know well, will continue his terrific work in social networking alongside leading our German community as German Community Manager.

Sebastian “Ayase” Streiffert will now be the English Community Manager for Aion. Congratulations, Sebastian!

We’ll also have Lauren “Lyzira” Duncan lending a hand on the forums. Lauren currently manages Exteel and Lineage communities, but has graciously volunteered to lend a hand.
We are also interviewing for a French Community Manager and expect to have someone in the position within the next few weeks.
